Our second charger, the Zappi by MyEnergi, offers a lot of punch for the pound. Yes, it is much cheaper than the Andersen, but that does not mean it lacks features. We believe Zappi is a great all-rounder.

The Zappi is a versatile powerhouse, offering all the essential features of a car charger. Its user-friendly app is top-notch, and it seamlessly integrates with your solar panel setup, if you have one. Whether you prefer a tethered or untethered setup, the Zappi can adapt to your needs, giving you the power of choice.

One nice thing about the Zappi is that it has its own screen and buttons so that you can control it right in front of you. If your app or the internet goes down, that’s not a problem. Plus, MyEnergi has some other great products in the range, like Eddi. Eddi can heat your hot water from excess solar production (export). Eddi and Zappi can even chat with each other about where they want to put the surplus energy.

The Zappi has been around a while and is indeed a good performer. It comes with a three-year warranty, but a five-year extended warranty can be purchased.
